What we process

Depending on how you use LawKona, we may process account details (name, email, firm affiliation), matter and property records you enter, intake submissions from applicants you invite, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

NDPR orientation

For Nigerian personal data, we intend to process data lawfully, fairly, and for stated purposes; keep it accurate and secure; and honour data-subject rights consistent with NDPR and applicable guidance. Firm customers remain responsible for the lawful basis of data they load into LawKona (including intake consent where required).

Retention & security

We retain data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. Access is role-scoped within firms; sensitive fields may be encrypted at rest where the product design requires it. Details will be finalized in the production policy.

Your choices

Account holders may request access, correction, or deletion via their firm admin or by emailing us. Applicants should contact the instructing firm for intake-related requests.
