Service
LawKona is a firm practice workspace for chambers, provided by Crown Softech. Access may be provisional, invite-only, or subject to a separate commercial agreement.
Accounts
Firm principals and invited users must keep credentials confidential and use the firm workspace only for authorised practice. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use LawKona as a public listings marketplace. Landlord self-serve listing products are out of scope.
Data & privacy
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy notice (draft). Firms remain responsible for NDPR-compliant collection and instructions regarding client and applicant data.
