Client money (trust) sits next to firm money (the purse). They never share a list. Apply to invoice is the only door from retainer to fees.

How a file runs
A golden path you can actually walk in the product — not a slide.
Open a matter
Parties, conflict, the linked property when it is a tenancy, and the next deadline sit on the file. A property is an asset; a matter is the engagement.
Generate, then edit
Pick a platform sample or a firm original, merge, and open the chamber editor. Amend clauses in-app. Export .docx when the draft is ready. Files sent for signature lock.
Keep time and money honest
Log time on the matter, draft an invoice, hold retainers in trust. Apply to invoice is the only path from client funds to fee income.
Take the phone to court
At /court, jot and record against the matter. Recordings are audio plus a lawyer-typed caption. There is no speech-to-text in this build.

Property register
Firm-owned assets that outlive any single tenancy. Counsel creates the record for the landlord client — not a listings marketplace, and not a landlord portal.
Invite-only intake
A unique link per property, shared out-of-band with a known applicant. NDPR consent on submit.
Firm sample library
Upload your own .docx, tag matter type and jurisdiction, generate onto a matter. Platform Lagos/FCT/Osun files stay labelled as samples.
Jurisdiction from Settings
The chamber default is a setting, not a silent Lagos. Gallery and deadline packs filter by that state. Not a 36-state statute encyclopaedia.

Phone PWA at /court — Add to Home Screen. Jottings and recordings sync to the matter. Not a native store app.
